ARTICLE 1 APPLICABILITY
These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, agreements, and services of Evec Consulting bv, located at Eikestraat 7, 3150 Haacht, Belgium, registered under VAT number BE0461.776.616.
ARTICLE 2 OFFERS AND AGREEMENTS
All offers from Evec Consulting are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise. An agreement is concluded at the moment of written acceptance by the client or by actual performance of the agreed services.
ARTICLE 3 PRICES AND PAYMENT
The prices mentioned in offers are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise indicated. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed. In the event of late payment, the client is in default by operation of law, and Evec Consulting is entitled to charge statutory interest and any collection costs.
ARTICLE 4 PERFORMANCE OF SERVICES
Evec Consulting will make every effort to perform the agreed services properly, taking into account the applicable standards and regulations. Any changes or additions to the agreement must be agreed upon in writing.
ARTICLE 5 LIABILITY
Evec Consulting is not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from or related to the performance of its services unless there is intent or gross negligence on its part.
ARTICLE 6 FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, or technical failures, Evec Consulting is entitled to suspend its obligations or dissolve the agreement without being obliged to pay any compensation.
ARTICLE 7 COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
Complaints must be reported to Evec Consulting in writing within 7 days of discovery, failing which the right to claim expires. Disputes arising from or related to these general terms and conditions or the agreement will be submitted to the competent court in Turnhout, Belgium.
ARTICLE 8 APPLICABLE LAW
All offers, agreements, and disputes are subject to Belgian law.
ARTICLE 9 CHANGES
Evec Consulting reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time. Amended terms and conditions will apply to new offers and agreements.
By using the services of Evec Consulting, the client agrees to these general terms and conditions.
